Does anyone here recently got EAD approved for eb3 skilled at NBC. just want to know timeline. i send my document on jan 30 to Chicago office.

My H1B along with H4 and H4EAD is submitted for extension. all applications submitted on 02/05 and all expired on02/05/2025. my question is whether or not H4EAD allowed to search work job during wait

My case has been pending for over 9 years and was just migrated to ELIS on May 20, 2024. Any ideas on how long I should wait to see another update or receive an approval from them?

after getting my form i360 denied August 2024 I appealed and got a decision February 25 2025 which was approved I’ve been going through this journey since 2019 it’s not easy just have faith in the lord and keep praying it will all work out for everyone.just sharing how God has been blessed me indeed Gods time is the best .

Hi everyone, Any CR1/IR1 applicants who recently received an interview date at the US Embassy in Accra, Ghana - could you please share your DQ date? Trying to track which DQ dates are currently being Scheduled

do someone have any ideas why when I look my i-130 ,it goes from 11 to 12 a lot. like in the morning I can see 11 and later that day 12. and so on
