if vawa approved , then you’ll get your green card in 6-9 months. that is guaranteed ✅✅✅

I was approved for my green card I 485 couple days ago - NO INTERVIEW

same thing me I call uscis phone number computer says we are work on 485 at nbc but almost 9 month not response from them . anyone know what’s means that’s plz

it’s a good sign. my greencard was recently approved at NBC

after my VAWA was approved my greencard was approved in 5 months

@I'm waiting 9 months. meanwhile sending my medical took me 1 months. if I did it after probably would’ve been easier

@pater s They did not notify me. I called and they told me that my case was being reviewed by the NBC, but the app has not yet updated it to a transferred case.

@Jannik Sinner I sent my medical report when I sent my complete package, they never asked me for a reference. I hope they approve me quickly too.

congratulations! I think it’s a good sign. my VAWA was approved in August and transferred to NBC in December. they asked for my Medicals on December 23, I received the letter and sent it back at the same day January 10 and green card was approved with interview waived on February 5th! good luck

@pater s yes they sent me a notice that’s my I485 was transferred to NBC on Nov 2. It got approved on February 13
