Interview for Adjustment of Status I485 in 2 days !! VAWA based
Hey guys on Thursday I have interview .. and I was informed today by my lawyer's office .. they forgot to tell me earlier .. which is crazy but now i can't focus on why they didn't told me earlier because I have little time left.
I don't have anything to hide but still little bit anxious of course .. I'm waiting very long time 2 years married and 5 years since vawa application in total 7 years of waiting
I wanted to ask if some of you have been recently on interview and any advice if you could give me it would be appreciated .. thank you

@dsk yay don’t panic at all okay. they will ask you questions from your I485 that you filed and submitted which will be yes or no questions. answer truthfully and be relaxed. also take your lawyer along for support just in case. they should approve you asap when you are done with the interview. let us know how it goes okay. best of luck 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾.

@dsk yay easy boy relax and answere all the question most of the questions are yes or not that’s all I went three weeks ago for my interview but the officer didn’t tell me if I’m approved or not and he told me that if I don’t receive anything before 28th of this month I have to go see him he said he gave me a paper so I show that to them to see him without appointment I don’t know if is good aight or not not but everything is going to be fine with you congrats

2 hours in the waiting room
The interview 40 minutes
Questions asked in general about the relationship and tried to confuse me but i answered calmly and true to myself
They told me they need to review and i will have an answer in a few weeks

@Inder s i hope so. it was generally from i485 and some of i360 but nothing too crazy, just stay true to yourself and you will be okay
