Hi! based on the uscis insights there haven’t been any movement for I-730 forms since Jan 30th. did any receive any updates for their I-730 join asylee?

my cases was approved on Jan 29. You don't have to worry, first of all executive order 14163 only applies to the USRAP program, so it only applies to refugees. Second, the judge temporarily blocked Trump's order.

i am not sure that it is supposed to take that much time cuz processing times seems between 10.5-11.5 months

basically you enter your case number and then it shows you how many cases processed last day, 10 days ago etc.. and seems like last time I-730. forms were approved was Jan 30 only ((

@Angel K I wish..( still pending and it doesn’t seem like they process I-730 forms at all now. at least based on this uscis insights that is usually accurate there is ki movement since Jan 30.

@Angel K yeah same status - fees are waived and that’s it. did your beneficiary get the biometrics done?
they can’t go outside of the country, they need to wait for the approval first(
