its not over as yet . do you have a lawyer ? if so an experienced lawyer they will know what to do . my son I-824 was denied he is 8 years and I put him on my application. they denied him in October 2024 while my petition was still pending . my lawyer file an I-290B in November and they reopened his case in February. their is hope it’s not the end of the road until you get your Green Card.

@Kay Thompson We do have a lawyer luckily. Thank you so much for this comment, it's easy to feel hopeless but knowing that there are people out there feeling the way you do makes it feel less lonely. I wish you and your son the best.

@Carli xcx you are welcome when dealing with immigrantion case pray put God as the driver declare victory over your documents. it’s ok to cry but it’s not ok to give up . you and your lawyer got this all the best and thank you .

oh … it’s the same case for me. the Co- sponsor… Affidavit of support.. and I’m still waiting since we submitted our RFE response. I pray 🙏🏽 for a positive and speedy approval of our green card 🙏🏽✨🇺🇸

but my interview was waived and I’m still waiting for the result of the RFE 🙏🏽 I’m just being hopeful and prayerful this time
