is there anyone whose case is being transferred to Non-local Santa ana field office recently? what is their average processing timelines? my case was transferred to Non-local Santa ana field office on 6/10 and I-485J case was generated on 7/7 (though submitted with original package of I-485). no further update and radio silence since then. any thoughts? Approved finally along with derivative applicants RD- Dec 3 2024 filed concurrently with premium processing for I140. totally worth it. Got approval in 5 days. transferred to non local FO- queens on April 28th. it took them almost two months to look at the case and I thought I would get approved as interview was waived. but got a medical RFE for polio vaccine which delayed things my surgeon was out of country so I waited and re did the medical and sent the response. response received on July 25th and approved the next day. api updates: Jan 9th, April 28th, June 24th (FTA0) June 26th (FTA1) July 25th (HA) felt like a long time but was in hindsight it was smooth without major RFE or interview. it’s the wait that seemed heavy. Reddit, lawfully and chat gpt helped and I would like to thank everyone for their advice as well I am glad it’s over and wish everyone else luck. ask me anything
