i would say wait. they will oppose the wom and deny it. the current processing time is 34 months.

@human kindness it keeps going up every month when I applied it was 15 months

I contacted an attorney a couple weeks ago for a WOM and they didn't took the case because I still have 12 months. the thing is that I need the GC because I lost my CDL due the new federal regulations and they told me to wait at least 18 months to have more chances
