Long post alert. 🚨 Hi guys, I feel a bit worried. PD 05/29/2021 EAD renewed in May 2024 Travel Parole issued Jan 2024 1 RFE for medical and F1 visa back in 2023 No interview yet Weird thing is my PD does not appear on my I-485 but I never had issues with renewing my or my husband’s EAD cards. We were both issued travel paroles but never travelled outside US. My husband’s EAD was renewed successfully in July 2025 before we received this email. I worked for my sponsor for 1,5 years but just took long leave this Jan. My sponsor is okay for me to come back anytime since I had quite good relationship with them. I work a skilled job at this time but plan to come back working for my sponsor on case I have interview. I did a service request and sent a letter to my local congressman back in June when I just became current. His response worried me since I have never seen anyone having similar responses before. Would love to hear your thoughts. “Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your constituent’s case is pending at this time. EB1A AOS - Transferred to Brooklyn Field Office Over a Month Ago — Anyone with Similar Experience?

Hi everyone, My EB1A Adjustment of Status (Form I-485) was transferred to the Brooklyn Field Office NY (Non Local) a little over a month ago, and I haven’t heard anything since. Just wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience — if your EB1A AOS was transferred to Brooklyn, how long did it take to get approved after the transfer? I’d really appreciate it if you could share your timeline or any insights. Trying to understand what to expect moving forward. Thanks in advance!

just put it out here my cases were approved. It has been a long time. I got approved one day after the interview. New card was delivered and oath ceremony were scheduled. Thank you God
