@S G around 500 I did file mandamus as pro se to be honest is not that hard I just did to save money but if u have money it’s better to hire someone which is around 2500-5000$ or u can also hire Paralegal and they service much cheaper then actual lawyer and they do same thing

@Jarmandeep Singh about mandamus I answered already what about interview it was just simple question where I work where do u live did I work in prostitution or am I part of any terrosristic group and all that question it was pretty easy and quick it took me 30 min and officer told me everything looks good and that’s my case recommended for approval

@jatinder singh so they schedule interview on march but I never receive a interview notice so uscis rejected my i485 it wasn’t my fault and they had to reopen, had to submit motion to reopen i290b and they reopen my case in June and schedule interview in July

I am also planning to file a WOM. what supporting documents did you use to tell them that you tried all other options of requests, inquiries, etc before filing the WOM? that is the only thing holding me back as I don’t see much things we could do since USCIS’s response all the time is that you are within the processing time.

@A B I’m not a lawyer but I can only give u advice on my experience, so just best way is hire lawyer there is a lot of option cheap one or expensive, just submit WOM cuz they have been holding your case for a long time without any decision than could be a main thing to submit sir WOM
