medical practitioner with a pending vawa case
I’m a medical professional from one of the ban country. I filed vawa feb 2023 and work permit was issued for 2years which also expired last year but was renewed until next year March. I filed expedite based on my professional license but was denied last year. Now with the recent decision by the government in need of medical doctors, can I file another expedite with proof? I have discussed it with my attorney but he has not given me any response for over 2 months now. what can I do now because I frustrated and it is kind of limiting my chances to many things. Thank you for your response.

When you filed your first expedite, did you filed with sufficient evidence so back your case up?

I asked, because I’ve filed two expedite requests with the Uscis, and both were approved.

if you are a medical doctor, rhen you should file for your case ro be expendited. as for nurses i dont think that works. did u submit proof along with your board exams?

yes, then it was just two but now I have completed all steps.

Okay. File with all your results and certificates, write a detailed letter about how bad you’re struggling and get a couple friends or colleagues to write letters for you as well. Try and make sure all the letters are notarized, very important. Wish you all the best!!!

When I filed for my EAD expedite, I wrote a detailed letter, had of 2 my friends wrote 2 letters for me as a witness to my struggle, attached my medical debt, my bank account in negative. I detailed how much my friends are helping me financially and how much my bills cost monthly and so on. My EAD got approval 2 days later after my package got received by them.
