medical practitioner with a pending vawa case
I’m a medical professional from one of the ban country. I filed vawa feb 2023 and work permit was issued for 2years which also expired last year but was renewed until next year March. I filed expedite based on my professional license but was denied last year. Now with the recent decision by the government in need of medical doctors, can I file another expedite with proof? I have discussed it with my attorney but he has not given me any response for over 2 months now. what can I do now because I frustrated and it is kind of limiting my chances to many things. Thank you for your response.

When you filed your first expedite, did you filed with sufficient evidence so back your case up?

I asked, because I’ve filed two expedite requests with the Uscis, and both were approved.
