anyone know if NBC center can directly approve the case without transferring to Fo? mine is over a year at NBC no update nothing except this biometric renewal after a year

My case was at NBC and wad transferred to a local office without sending out a notice or updating the online tracker. i only learned a year after the transfer through Emma agent. most asylum cases get transferred to local office to review the asylum before adjudication.
