Travel Experience with Advance Parole
Listen! If you plan on traveling with your advance parole please use it and go see your family back home. I had amazing experience and was glad to see my family again after 6 long years.
I travelled from JFK through Qatar to Nigeria, I didn’t have any issues at all and on my return I went through passport control and was taken to secondary inspection, no questions were asked and my passport was stamped as paroled until 2026.

RFE requested. What it could be? I submitted everything actually, medicals, etc. Did not wait one year and filed it 2~ month after asylum approval in court after waiting 11 years xD

Unsolicited Evidence… Do or Don’t?
I’ve been toiling with whether or not I should upload additional evidence to my I485. After sifting through different posts and different sources, I’ve decided why not? So I did and realized, your Timestamp automatically changes when you do… Timeline remaining hasn’t changed (which we all know by now is BS) but I’m keeping tabs on it all the same. Let’s see what happens next 🫤

Hi guys,
Yesterday, I received a text message saying that action had been taken on my case. When I logged into my USCIS online account, the update stated that my case is BEING ACTIVELY REVIEWED BY USCIS. Does this mean they are planning to make a decision on my case? Has anyone had a similar experience? Thanks!
