issues with uploading files
Hello = I submitted n=400 application recently. After reading some articles here I realized that I should have included a lot more supporting information. I started uploading a file with the deed and it uploaded just fine. Then I tried to move on to the net files and I continue to get an error instructing me to try later. I have tried many times (over several days), but it is not working. I have tried Chrome and Edge. I have deleted cache of both browsers. I have tried from my mobile phone. I have renamed files to DOC1.pdf and DOC2.pdf. both of these files are tiny (about 30 and 70 KB).
Did anyone else run into this? What was the solution?
Best Regards,
Karin

it's usually best to do it on a computer.

Thanks for the suggestion Errol! I really appreciate any proposal to try. In this case, I had tried upload via PC first (which wasn't clear based on my post), then mobile.
I have figured things out after I was able to upload another pdf file. I thought hard what might be the difference between the ones that upload fine and the ones that could not be uploaded. The ones that had issues were downloaded pdf files from an insurance company. The successfully uploaded ones were the ones I scanned in pdf format....So: I printed the insurance pdf files. Then I scanned those same pages in pdf format. Result: the scanned pdf could be uploaded.
Conclusion: The issued error message is misleading as it seems to suggest that it is a temporary website issue. In reality, the downloaded pdf must have a characteristic that makes it incompatible for upload.
Maybe this will help someone else.
