N-400 Citizenship
As long as you can speak decent English, study the 100 civics questions, and know the information on your N-400 application (including Yes and No questions), the interview will be easy and straightforward.
update: I just got an Oath Ceremony Date!
The timeline between the day of the interview and the oath ceremony day is about over 2 months. They sent out the oath ceremony letter and form to me about a month after the interview.

Alhamdoulillah ( All praise be to Allah )
Finally, all my cases have been approved!
My Green Card has been delivered to my attorney, but she has been out of town since December, so I have to wait until January to get it.
As I mentioned before, I handled about 90% of my cases on my own. My attorney only filed the I-360, and I had to push her to file the I-485, I-765, and I-131. On top of that, instead of requesting an EAD under category C09, she chose C31, which caused me to waste 2.5 years without a work permit.
RFE for the I-360:
USCIS requested evidence to prove the bona fide nature of my marriage. Here’s what I submitted:
• A new statement explaining our relationship in detail, from the day we met to the day we separated.
• Photos of us together.
• Bank statements I hadn’t submitted earlier because I didn’t have access to our joint account. This was particularly difficult because, in 2018, my ex-wife tried to fraudulently wire over $500,000 to our joint account. I had to go back to the bank five years later to get all the records.
Advice: Always keep copies of your marriage-related records and documents, even years after your separation, because USCIS might ask for them.
I also submitted:
• Affidavits from friends, family, and even my ex-wife’s friends. USCIS required all affidavits to include a copy of the person’s ID.
• Screenshots and a detailed cover letter explaining everything.
My VAWA was approved one month after submitting the RFE response. My I-131 was approved earlier, but I still didn’t have an EAD because my attorney didn’t file under C09.
RFE for the I-485:
The only request was for my medical examination. I completed all required vaccines, including COVID and flu, and had no issues.
On December 4, I received a notification that my new card was being produced, and shortly after, my case was approved.
No interview
Stay strong!
Your time will come. Never give up, no matter how many obstacles you face. I’m praying for everyone going through this process!
Let me know if you have any questions.
thanks
