EAD Time to Decision
I checked my progress on my USCIS account for my I765 application. It says one week to decision on my case. it’s about 2 weeks now. Is that normal? Does USCIS actually work with the given Time to Decision? Please share your experience.

those are tentative dates, They do not guarantee on those dates

@first last If you login to your USCIS online account, then select your case, then check my progress. It will show you the estimated time to decision.

That's just an estimate. It goes down till ' 1 week to go' and then it would say 'overdue'. Based on CaseStatusExt, they r currently processing cases filed in Dec'24. So check back in a month or so.

I just received this message from my USCIS account “• Estimated time until your case decision: ?
Your case is taking longer than we previously estimated, but it is within normal processing times.”

@Sa Ve How do you know which cases are currently being processed? Is it possible to know which service center or NBC is involved?
