Is Pending VAWA considered illegal immigrants
I don’t know if I’m the only one having a little bit of concern and next President mass deportation plans, also considering that fact that I used to travel out of the country with my combo card.
My question is, should there be any reason to be panic under the incoming regime. is it still advisable to travel out of the county as we freely do in the past.
My VAWA filling date May 17th 2022 and still waiting.
I will appreciate everyone opinion.

I have my U.S. citizenship interview this week, and in the letter I received, it doesn’t specify whether my partner needs to come with me. My green card interview was waived, so I'm not familiar with the process for citizenship interviews.
Does my partner need to attend the citizenship interview, or is it only necessary if specifically requested?

Is it necessary to obtain a citizenship certificate by filing N 600 for a minor? It’s quite expensive. Isn’t a passport enough for all purposes? What are the specific cases where a citizenship certificate is required? I have heard for college admissions we may need it. Can anyone explain. Thank you.
