hi guys pls I have question can I reapply my 1-175 that is C31 to CO9 since I have applied for 1485 i dont need to wait until my vawa is approved ! i filed for vawa since 2022 last year December I got my travel document but my work permit is not yet approved so I summited expedite for it to be approved which they denied it ! so my question is can I file another form so that it will be C09 bc I have 1 485 pending ! I need ur urgent answers guys

yes- you can. you could also request USCIS to change the category of your work permit form C31 to C09 so they can approve it. but yes, you can file again.

pls do I need to pay and how much ? my vawa is at Vermont center while my 1 485 I was told is been transferred to Nebraska ,so if I file the new 1 175 which address will I send it to ? Thanks 🙏🏽

just call uscis to change the category. they will tell you a send a letter and attach a copy of your I485 receipt. that was what I did and I received my EAD weeks later

I got two EAD pending. A C31 which was filled with Vawa in 2023 and C09 which I filled recently. Hoping my C09 get approved soon.
