RFE Response Not Received
Hi everyone,
I submitted an RFE response for the medicals for my I-485 case, which was delivered to the Anchorage Field Office in early November (confirmed by FedEx). However, when my lawyer called USCIS, they said they don’t have a record of receiving it.
With the RFE deadline approaching in early January, I’m getting worried. My lawyer mentioned resubmitting, but I’m concerned it could complicate things.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Did you resubmit, and if so, did it cause delays or issues?

Hi all. I filed my I 131 , I 485 , I 765 and I 360 all at once on October 11 2024.gave my biometrics for I 485 and I 131 on Nov 19 2024. Does anyone have idea when can I expect my EAD I 765 card.

hey guys, my current EAD under C09 is expired and as a result I was unable to work. on 11/12 and 11/14, approval notice of my wava and EAD card was sent to the previous address that no one has access to. this is the second time I'm putting in service requests but yet nothing comes out fruitful. been sitting for over a month now I need to get to work. any help

i got an notive of action and when i logged in it says case actively reviewing that was on friday. Today a got 2 emails and when i log in it says cancellation for request for addition evidence.
Am lost because i never got one in the 1st place. i did my intetview on the 10th. can someone please explain if they had been in this situation.

NEED GUIDANCE FOR SELF VAWA APPLICATION.
Hello folks, please I’m applying for VAWA by myself after my I-130 & I-485 denied because my wife was abusive and sabotage our interview but I can’t afford the high legal fees from attorneys.
1. Do I still need a good conduct certificate(police clearance) since the USCIS already has my biometric. And please how can I get if I have to?
2. Do I need to submit a new EAD for the VAWA even though my current C09 has not expired?
All other guidance will be appreciated, thank you.
