I have a question about answering question 79a on Form I-485. I will have been unlawfully present in the United States for more than one year since December 25th of last year. The question asks: Have you been unlawfully present in the United States for more than one year total? The note about April 1 is confusing. Note: i overstay my student visa, does that makes me unlawfully present or afte the one year ? thanks.

It's been a full 365 days since “Actively Reviewed”., marking one year of “active engagement” LOL, (Case sitting in someone’s desk)!
And… it’s been ~402 days since the initial submission.
Crossing fingers for the positive outcome & promptly adjudication of my case, that’s all.
