I believe once you went to court and paid what ever you had to pay

so they do fingers print at the airport . or they go on the computer and check on your record, how does it go??

does anyone know if a restraining order , even if it was denied, would impact to come back?

@Emily Afo i got my application filled out by an immigration service based out of new york. my brother from canada was sponsoring me so i had to get his documents from canada and i submitted my passport , combo card ,bank statements. it took about 7-8 weeks to get approved.
