@Mannyflow13 Ferreira The letter will most likely be sent to the petitioner USCIS account as the petitioner has the options to respond either online or send them through mail, check the petitioner account. This notification is mostly likely NOID and you got short period to respond within 30 day max so please call USCIS ASAP and ask them to send the letter to your email. Good luck 👍

@kalid jamma @j s @Jodi . I called USCIS and spoke to an agent, and they told me that nothing appeared in the system. So, I don't understand if it was on March 26th that I received the message and they gave me until the 9th to receive it, so that's why I called.

@Mannyflow13 Ferreira What is the status of your case now. if the status still remain the same, try to call them until you talk to Tier2 agent those at the customer service don’t care and won’t help much. just follow the instructions on your account, call them until someone tells you what is going on with your case.

@kalid jamma The agent I spoke to told me he had made a report and that I would receive a call in the next few days and that I could ask him questions about the case.

there is one more step you can do, it’s to submit online inquiry under your USCIS account. 1. menu 2. inbox 3.new message 4.select your I-130 5. what issue did you need hep with? select I don’t receive my secure document then choose notice and then select request for evidence(RFE). this is the only way you can make sure if the system is in error or not. I don’t trust customer service they quite told the applicants anything they want to hear. this inquiry will be responded in two day and it will be responded by the officers from the service center that is processing your case.
