will they extend my 2 year green card again if it expires before my interview? i already got 2 years extension and it will be expired in July

Listing Biological vs. Step-parent
We submitted an I130 application. In that for the benificary’s family we listed her mother and step-father. She has had no contact with her birth father since she was born and does not know anything about him.
Her step-father has not legally adopted her but is the only father she knows
We now realize that at the NVC stage a birth certificate will be required. Will this pose a problem? How do we rectify this?

form I130 on line submitted , but with mistake
we just submitted the on line form yesterday, by mistake we missed to answer the application of Adjustmrbt of Status i485 should be apply from USA or from oversea .
1. he is still living in HK now , so I should choose aoply from overseas ?
2. or I can still help him mail from USA and click USA ?
3. How can I inform USCIS that I missed this answer in the form and give back the answer ? can I write a short letter to explain this and send as an additional supporting document on line ?
4. big question here , when is the time he could apply i485 , right now , or must wait i130 approval ?
5. if submit I485? from USA when he is in USA , then not allow to leave until he get the advance parole i130, right ?
6. if he applied it from oversea , during pending , is he still free to come USA for holiday as he always did ?
7. any experience i130 how long to approve ?
I really need BIG Help to answer me by point from those who had this great experience !

Did you know you can’t adopt without a Green Card?
My partner and I want to adopt, my partner is American and I am not. I live in the US, work here on a H1B, but still we are not allowed to start the adoption process until this is all done. Anybody else have a similar situation? I hope this is approved soon!!

hello, first off happy new year to everyone and I do hope this year is your year for nothing but happiness and good fortune. with that said can anyone advise me if it’s ok to go ahead and apply for my work permit under the c9 category while I wait on my pending vawa without applying for I 485, or is it recommended to do both. I’ve applied in August 2022 and I have received multiple prime facie.

I took my biometrics in Dec and already have 765 approved 485 reflects that my biometrics were taken in Dec. but I-131 just updated to say they attached case with biometrics today .
should I get excited because they are working on my case or should I temper expectations. my PD is current!
