Filling Supplement J
Anybody here knows how to file #SupplementJ without having #RFE or interview scheduled?
#BDVsolutions refused to help me in all kinds of ways. They told my company HR to never sign for me if the company wants to keep me working for them forever. They also told #Envoy law firm to charge a very steep price if I want Envoy Attorney to file Supplement J now. I’m literally #sad and #helpless for wasting my money for nothing.
Interview Currently
So guys, my husband’s appointment was for 10am they lady just called his name at 10:15. I was walking towards her with him and she told me to wait she’ll interview him first. I had to hand him all the documents that I prepare, mind you my husband is so non-chalant he doesn’t even know what I have. The man left everything up to me, you would think that I’m the one who is seeking a green card and not him. Well I guess he’ll figure them out. I will update you when she come in to get me. I’ll let you all know how long after he went in before she came back for me. Wish us luck guys.

Retrogression and Religious Workers
Friends, I hear your frustrations on the recent retrogression in the EB-4 category, and I share them as well. When the first major retrogression occurred in 2022, I created a Twitter (now called X) page called Religious Workers Coalition. On this page, I regularly post about the challenges faced by the religious community, updates on the retrogression, politicians' responses, and related issues. We also share information about ongoing lawsuits filed by some churches against the government over this matter and how Senator Susan Collins and Senator Tim Kaine are currently working on a bipartisan bill to provide relief for religious workers. I believe the bill primarily focuses on allowing religious workers to remain in the country even after the five-year expiration of their R-1 visa.
Our Twitter (now called X) page, with around 140 followers, is a growing community where we exchange ideas on this issue.
Recently, we have been collaborating with International Broadcasters (who are also in the EB-4 category) to raise awareness. Additionally, we are developing a website, thebacklog.org (feel free to check it out), to provide further insight into the situation.
I encourage you to join our community so we can share ideas and work together to find a solution.
