Vawa approved!
i just got approved on 6 January i applied for c31 card but the case status says case was approved but no new card being produced! what to do in this situation! i called uscis on phone the lady says u have to tick for c31 i told her i did but she said no u don’t otherwise it would have shown new card is being produced! how can i make her understand now?
I’ve got an RFE 7 months ago
Hi guys I’ve got an RFE for Vawa about 6-7 months ago,
I didn’t submit a joint lease and the documents,
RFE stated that I didn’t show enough prove for geniune relationship and good moral character
initially I did submit couple of my family members letter stating that they were the witnesses of the abuse and the relationship itself, no leases no other documents that commonly needed to show that the relationship is genuine, but I have a child together with her and the birth certificate has my name on it, so i thought it would be suffiecient, because unfortunately she wouldn’t sign anything and she didn’t want me to fix my papers that’s why she would not do any joint document with me,
so
after I’ve gotten an RFE
I had had 4-5 of my friends to write a letter that we used to be in a genuine relationship together,
and gotten a police clearance letter from the place I live in,,
and submitted tons of pictures I could find, and the text messages and etc
so after I submitted these documents Ive gotten no updates it’s been 6-7 months,
no prima faciea whatsoever
PLEASE HELP AND GIVE ME AN ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO MY LAWYER IS PLAYING HARD TO GET

Listing Biological vs. Step-parent
We submitted an I130 application. In that for the benificary’s family we listed her mother and step-father. She has had no contact with her birth father since she was born and does not know anything about him.
Her step-father has not legally adopted her but is the only father she knows
We now realize that at the NVC stage a birth certificate will be required. Will this pose a problem? How do we rectify this?
