how long will it take to get approve (green card )
hi family . bless day to everyone. Hope this year brings happiness and good lucks to all of us who’s waiting .
I file my documents in June of 2022 . However the processing time didn’t work to normal time ..
they received my documents on the prior date Below ⬇️
my priority date is March 9th 2023
My 1- 130 was approved feb 16th 2024
However last year July 29th. Uscis send back
All my documents including money orders etc saying inefficient fees & not updated forms .
They even attached a green paper and said put this paper on top new filing ..
I proceed & get myself an attorney immediately.
I send my documents in back 21st of August 2024. .. they received it on August 30th
They have issued my received notice & send my biometric appointment which was done on September 2024 .
November 23rd i received my combo card
1-765 & 1-131. Both got approved ..
how long will it take to get approved for my 1-485 ??
seeing that I have to file back in August will that affect the process of waiting time ? no matter if my priority date is March 09th 2023 ?
can you guys share some information for me?

I graduated with BSN in 2022. Started working on Dec of 2022. Then, the hospital filed my I-140 with PD May 27 of 2023. I-140 got approved after 7 months of filing I-140.
Fast forward, I am in master program doing cpt.
My question is should I wait for my PD to be current or start looking for different employer to file my greencard? Pleaseeeee suggest or share your story!!!
Minneapolis FO I485 interview
Hi guys. Has anyone had any experience with the Minneapolis FO. I had my I485 interview in December. They said a decision cannot be made at that moment. I am yet to hear anything back and my case status is still stuck at “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview”.. Has anyone had similar situation with I485 interviews or the Minneapolis FO?
