Has anyone uploaded unsolicited evidence? My case was submitted in May 2023 and I still have no answers. Would sending more photos and documents help? Is anyone else feeling this way?I have a Travel Authorization and I have already renewed my EA this year and no further action. I sent the medical exams in Oct23. Filing taxes with pending I 130
went to file my taxes, explained my situation, married but my hubby is not in the country so we can’t file together, the tax guy said I may have to apply for ITIN number for him, so I can use married filing separately option, OR defer filing taxes until he comes here so we can do it jointly. Anyone experienced this situation while filing??, for some reasons I felt the tax guy wasn’t so sure of how to go about it.#filingtaxes #2024

can you please help me on this I just opened my lawfully app today and I have seen updated on my I 485. it saysOn February 6, 2025, we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt , to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice
EB-1C interview
just got an update saying my case is ready for Interview to be scheduled.
I understood that there shouldn’t be an interview for EB-1C process.
Does anyone had an interview during the process, could it be a new mandatory phase due to new administration or is it specifically for my case?
Appreciate any background on this
