Emma live agent said call customer care
Hello, when I asked about my case update.. Emma live agent mentioned I should call customer care with applicant present. is it normal thing? anyone got similar experience.

you didn't give correct details - meaning either you are the beneficiary and you have to call with petitioner ... or if you are the petitioner you have to call with beneficiary. they have to speak with both.
