RFE
after waiting 4 years we finally had an interview, today I got a RFE requesting evidence i went to college 2011-2014. anyone experienced a similar scenario. makes me worried, i skipped a semester and went to Canada for a family matter, but returned and enrolled for the following semester.

I’m not a lawyer but that sounds like the period was unlawful presence. if you’re marrying a citizen I think this can be forgiven.

no i did not stay unlawfully, and came back on still active Sevis and finished college
