hey folks! my last update is 02/28/2025, i get message that they're taking action on my case, now they transfered my case from potomac in california center and no update or aprove...how long it take.

Hi everyone, I just got two emails today that an action was taken in my case and my I-130 changed to actively reviewing. Did anyone had a similar situation?

primary applicant got a green card, dependent applicant is still pending

Hello everyone, my husband got gc approval couple days ago but my application is still pending. we applied together and received all case updates at same day before. Does someone know if it is a typical situation?

My husband applied Green card for me in 2021. I’ve done everything like Medical checkup, interview and paid etc. I arrived to US in Dec 6, 2024 and the immigration said I need to wait for 90 days.

my l 131 denied what I do

Had Biometrics done today for I765 and I485. How long did everyone have to wait for their I765 to be approved after biometrics? Hopefully not long haha UPDATE: I got a two messages right after saying they were taking action on my cases and then an hour later got the same two messages again. I assume this is nothing but it’s nice to see things moving

Just done our interview for i485! approved on the spot ! since our i130 was approved officer did not ask me anything he ask my husband questions from for i485 we was there 20 min good luck everyone!!!
