hello everyone, hope we all hear the good news so soon! i have a question, should i get worried for not receiving a prima facia till now , it’s been 2 years now and i haven’t received any ? and does not receiving it affect the over all results??

no , when they start sending the RFE’s then you know your close ..

@Noble One so I shouldn’t be worried that i haven’t received it ? cuz i saw some people saying that might mean that the case doesn’t meet requirements or something

no you don’t have to worry I didn’t receive any and I got approved

I've seen cases where persons haven't receive any and got approvals. having one is a good sign bcz it shows that your application has meet the basic eligibility requirements based on the initial evidence provided. hope this help with your question

@ibrahim alkafafi it’s been over 2 years for me also and I never got an prima facie, so you’re not alone, let’s just hope for the best

Same here, I'm April 2022 and 19 days ago my status changed to RFE, first update since I filed, but haven't received it in the mail yet, I already sent and e-request for a copy so hopefully sometime next week I receive it in the mail. I also try calling customer service but for some reason the voice recorder doesn't want to transfer my call
