not anymore I think you might have to go to the social security office to get one. they stopped sending them out

@luis cast you will have to make an appointment at ssn to get a new one if you didn't have one already. if you had one before, then it's a name change appointment that you will have to do.

it will depend if when you filled if you marked that you wanted SSN to be sent to you or not.
