If your I 130 is approved and I 485 is on the review
Can anybody share any experiences and you guys advise of uploading the 130 as evidence, even though it was a concurrent filing? Or filed jointly? Do you think that would speed up the process as it’s a prerequisite to getting the 485?

We got our I-130 approved first, took no further action, and recieved an approval on the I485 20 days later. In that 20 day timeline we did recieve an RFE for medical and responded within 7 days of the request.

@M 🇺🇸 A 🇵🇸 i got the same situation. got i130 approved 2 weeks ago. and received the rfe for medical. and i just sent it a week ago. and still dont see anything update yet. how long it take i485 to get approved after you sent the medical?

medical was delivered via USPS on a Monday, updated to recieved responce on the same week Wednesday, approval 2 Saturdays later
