Case moved to Las Vegas FO around January 2nd. Wife had a similar timeline but never got the AP.

• Jan 9th - New card is being produced
• Jan 10th - Case approved
• Jan 13th - Card was mailed
• Jan 17th - Cards received in mail.

Advance Parole (travel)
Hi everyone! I might have to take a trip back home within the next couple days to visit a family member and potentially say goodbye to them.
Once I return to the US I would lose my current status and will be a “parolee status” do you think is this a big risk to take? Am I going to be ok? What documents should I carry with me? any other advice ? #advanceparole #travel

Traveling Experience with Advance Parole.
Good morning family. I want to say thank for your encouragement and giving me confidence to travel with my advance parole. I traveled for 2 weeks and came in through JFK. As usual , I and others with AP were taking for Secondary Inspection, I was called when it was my turn and passport stamped.
All the best to those that want to travel with AP and all the best on pending AOS.
is it really illegal
is it truely illegal to stay in the US while i130 is processing? spoke to a lawyer and they said I could’ve stayed in the US and filed an i130 and i485 instead of going back to my country but I was under the impression I had to leave because I went to the US on an esta. almost tempted to go over and finish this process in the US but I have work and a good income right now.
