usps basically they return it to uscis. if you see update like NOTICE WAS RETUREN BECAUSE USPS COULDNT DELIVER IT. then only you can contact uscis thru Emma or call. they will take your request and work on it. it may take 2 3 months.

you can technically still work since you’re already authorized, there’s that. however your employer might want to see your EAD, sometimes your approval notice will do (depends on the employer). You also need to contact USCIS and explain that USPS lost your card and have the prodive a new one. you migh still need to apply to replace it, it’s the same form I-765, since gurus a vawa applicant there’s no fee for that, and you can apply right away, no need to wait. so depends on what USCIS tells you, you can file for replacement or maybe they can just print you a new card and have it delivered to you.

I had a same issue with my my ead card. so i did like this. and they returned it back after 4 months. mine was just ead card when they sent first time. then again on second time they sent ead with parole.

@Highly favored blessed if you have the approval notice i would go to your local USCIS office and talk to an officer explain tot hem that the post office lost your card and need another one reprinted. see if they can order one since you already have the approval notice.best of luck
