Birth certificate.
Please what does USCIS mean by long-form for birth certificate? I'm Nigerian born in 95. Please I need an answer. thanks

@Nov 21 That’s your birth certificate. just make a normal copy that’s all. Long form is for people born here in the US.

Get the one from National Population in Surulere. it’s a Letter with Letter- Head of NPC. The Foreign Govts can get confirmation. it might cost like N25k to N50k. It takes 2weeks or 3weeks to get it. Find mean to make it fast. Good Luck
