will my child age out?
I have a 19 years old and, my husband is a LPR and he petitioned for me and my daughter out side the country pd August 2024. What I'm worried about is, if my daughter will age out before we can file the DS-260. I have seen a great movement on th VB, but not sure how soon my I-130 will be approved.
anyone waiting this long to get Biometric Appointment
I applied for EAD and Advance Parole on Jan 14 2025. Yet, have no update. Not even biometric appointment. I have submitted service request yet no update. anyone else going through same issue ?

Need advice. Wife is a US citizen. Submitted family reunification documents (form I-130) in March 2023, the case is still pending at USCIS. Submitted in Washington DC. Looked at the website for the case processing time, it came to 1 week, but then changed to 14 months, and so throughout the case processing. Also, on November 15, 2023, the case was transferred to Nebraska.
The website stated that it would be possible to write to USCIS in January 2025, but at the end of December 2024, they changed it to March 2025, and in March they changed it again to April 2025, and now it is only possible in 2030.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or can anyone suggest what to do to receive an answer? Thank you in advance!

I received my RFE related to the medical form. I would like to confirm with who sent this form was sent recently the vaccination part!
Do you guys have how many doses of MMR? I had only one when I was a kid. I have proof of it; but I see the CDC asks for two doses but my doctor put “completed” in the form with only one dose. Is that correct?
Same question related to Hepatitis B - I had two doses when I was a kid, and the doctor put “completed” in the form as well.
I would like to make sure with someone who was approved recently.
I already took the Flu and TDAP.

RFE for I-485 after VAWA approval
Hello, I received an RFE for postal code for Interview scheduling.
It has been over 20 days since they received the response, but there’s been no progress at all after that.
Is there any way to know of an adjudicator is assigned to my file.
When can I expect an interview call? My file has been at local field office since Aug!

looks like I’m waiting for an interview notice now everyone! really wish they would approve my work permit tho😭😅 I’ll take it though. God is Good!
