Hello everyone!
Has anyone gone for PP after waiting for a while in regular processing? would you please share your experience?
I’m asking because my PD is May/2025 (15 months), and as far as I can see, if I keep waiting for regular processing, God knows how much longer it’s going to take.
I know that if I go with PP, I have a good chance of receiving an RFE. But I’m willing to give it a try.
My concern is… I’ve been hearing that if you go with PP after waiting for a while in regular processing, the officer may not look favorably upon it, and it raises the chances of a denial.
Is that true?

I have the same PD and my lawyer suggest me no PP. 🙏

@Paula CB my laywyer is EP. they have same ans that more chances for RFE or denial. also I need to sign acknowledgment that its my decision to go for PP, I am afraid they may cancel the contract for refund.

I did regular processing pd august 2024, then December 2024 I did PP , now I m already greened. I don't regret at all the PP, it was my best decision.
