@G Singh it’s for anyone that overstayed a U.s visa or esta more than 160 days that person have accrued unlawful presence and yes you will parole back in the country but when it’s time for your i485 to be approved it will trigger the banned and be automatically be denied unless you file for a waiver again which can be tedious and costly that’s why lawyers advised everyone with a approved ap card not to travel unless you talk to an attorney.
