Never Lose Hope ✨💕
Hello Everyone,
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Almighty. 🙏 My husband and I finally received our Permanent Residency (PR), and it feels amazing—like the sky is the limit! Alhamdulillah! ❤️
We have been through a lot. It hasn’t been easy. My husband started in F1 status, then transitioned to H1B, and during that time, we were exploited by our employers regarding our pay. We faced underpayment and took advantage of the situation. It was particularly challenging when we were students.
I would also like to extend my thanks to Lawfully App for keeping us engaged and positive throughout this process. Their analyses are accurate, and our cases were updated immediately upon approval.
Thank you, Lawfully!
Good luck to everyone on this journey—may God make it easy and speedy for you all. Amen. 🙏

Hi everyone, my vawa got approved Oct and my I-485 was moved to another USCIS office. I got a letter for requesting for initial evidence but my attorney refused to show me what was in the letter. He only asked for my current address and to get my medicals in a particular clinic. Does anyone have or had similar cases before and what does it mean.
My I-130 today change to actively reviewing however my I-485 has been actively reviwing since August 2 which was my husbands biometrics our PD IS July 5, 2024 any one is a similar situation??
Wondering what does it mean . Hoping everyone gets approved soon .
