proof of address
Hello,my girlfriend and I have decided to get married, but due to her family situation and my work obligations, we do not live together. She is currently staying at her family home to take care of her mother, who has health issues, while I travel for work and permanently reside in a hotel. However, since I am not far from her family home, she frequently visits me at my hotel. This makes it difficult for us to have the same mailing address. Additionally. Since USCIS takes proof of address very seriously, how should we approach this when filing for marriage-based sponsorship?
I have an f-4 i-130 petition pending priority date june 2012 and my son got married then divorced and no kids. does he get the visa?
Now he is 30 but when we applied for f4 petition he was 16 he got a divorce when he was 27 and no kids. Will he be categorized as unmarried by the time the petition gets accepted. Will he take the visa? Thank you.

I just want to ask if any of you'll have been in this situation.
Card was mailed to me in the first week of the year and until today I haven't received it. Called uscis got the tracking number and shows "in transit arriving late". I went to local post office with the tracking number to see if they can help but it was useless.
Out of this frustration I called uscis again telling them about this mess, and they said to wait until next two weeks if not give them a call. My mail is not showing any update after it was departed from Knoxville, Tennessee on 4 Jan.
Anyone in the same situation??? Please share your thoughts

N 400 interview
I received my letter for N 400 interview today. The interview is scheduled in March. I applied under the 3 year rule. My I 751 is still pending. Do I have to take my wife to the interview? The letter doesn’t mention anything about it. Some people are saying that since I 751 is pending, it will be a combo interview. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks

I have a pending Vawa case since 2022, I received a prima facie which expired in April 2024. I haven’t received any renewed Prima facie since then. what does this mean ?? if anyone has experienced this could plz share their views to keep my courage in this waiting game and weird situations with immigrants.
