@P Kay you should receive it in a few days after they transfer your case to the NVC. I got mine the same day my case was sent over.

@P Kay the welcome letter is sent to your email. Your case status will also update in your USCIS account.

@P Kay Yes. Once you receive the welcome letter, it will contain the necessary info you'll need to log in to your CEAC account. Keep in mind, that you might not be able to log in right away if it's your first time logging into CEAC because it takes up to 3 days to activate your account. Once you're able to log in you can pay your fees.
