I am trying to fill form I-131 for a refugee travel document, on page 4 , part 1 , question 13 , asks me .
Do you hold status as a refugee, were you paroled as a refugee, or are you a lawful permanent resident as a
direct result of being a refugee?
what shall I answer, I am an asylee , is this question for asylee too , or just specific for refugee?

I really don’t understand what is the process for the USCIS.
I applied for the 1485 in August 2024, with BD May 2021, and still no respond at all.
they say it’s first come first served and it is based on your location in the queue.
there are a lot of cases who applied after August 2024 and with priority date 2023 and 2024 and got approved.
the process is very frustrating and does not make any sense.

I submitted my petition to remove conditions on green card two weeks ago. I still haven’t received any notice yet and they haven’t cashed the check yet. My GC expires in a 2 weeks should I be worried? That I might go out of status or I doesn’t matter since I already submitted my petition. thank you

Why does lawfully have my IR-1 as an F1?
I was looking at the bulletin and it has it listed as an F1. I thought I was nvc but it seems I am uscis with my IOE number. I'm an American citizen, my wife lives outside or the U. S. why is it showing up as F1 on the bulletin lawfully posted? And why can't I switch it to an IR-1

I submitted my form I-751 for removal of conditions last week. It was delivered on Wednesday, today one week ago, but I have not received any notification from USCIS. I've been reading some people with different experiences, but have any of you received a notification recently? and how long did it take? I'm kinda anxious, just want to make sure that my package didn't get lost.
