Legal name change with uscis
does anyone know how long the name change process might take? I got my GC and I legally changed my name to my husbands last name with social security. what’s the process to change my name on my GC with uscis?

@Nessa eg @Kimoya 🇯🇲 when I did my application, i used my married name as the name I wanted for the greencard. my EAD came back in that name. Maybe you have to write USCIS requesting the name change with the updated documents.

There is a I-90 form on uscis website (application to replace permanent resident card) you just file the I-90 and request the name change.
