How SIJS(EB4) applicants apply I131 and travel
Hey everyone, my priority date (PD) is August 2024, and my I-360 has just been approved. I want to travel internationally, so how can I apply for the I-131 and a combo card? Also, can I submit my I-485 now, even though my PD is not current? What will happen if I submit my I-485 before my PD becomes current? How will USCIS handle my I-485? Will they put it on hold? Can I submit my I-485, I-765, and I-131 at the same time? If I travel outside the U.S. with an approved I-131 and return, will it affect my green card application?

my work permit will expire in April and my I485 just got transferred.
I’m trying to make an appointment with the attorney for renewal of work permit and they were supposed to call me from last week to schedule me but nothing so far. they want to charge me $750 plus fees. is there any one in here that has successfully applied yourselves? any advice?

it’s been 18 hours my Green card shipment shows that (Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item)
I got my USPS tracking number from uscis , when I checked it showed this message, I called usps they said call sender to find out what is wrong with their package 📦
does any one had the same experience which I have now , My concern is , my attorney did moved from his old office but uscis sent it to hos old office, I just want to go to local post office and pick it up from post office before being late .
please help me with yours

my attorney submitted my paperwork via mail and I’m just now seeing that there’s only TWO pictures.. that’s it.
so I want to know if maybe uscis hasn’t updated or if it’s normal to not see everything that was submitted
