case transfered to place to place
So orginally my EAD was sitting on NBC about 250 days. Well I did expedite request and they transfered the case to Texas service center. I called them and asked if they also received the evidence for the reason for the expedite (they did ask for evidence). They didn't know or the person on the other end of the line didn't know. Today I got an email that my case and expedite req was transferred to Albany field office NY. Same place where my Green Card application (I-485) is. Anyone has any clue why they are doing this? If so what's next? Interview maybe? or do they show up to our door? Which is fine for me....or ar they just bouncing the case around for fun.

@Matti Masa You were approved for the 131. It is odd that it was moved around and it does not need to be approved at a benifits center so it is odd that the case went to a field office. I received an expidited 131 but mine was an emergency 131 not a normal expidite. I did mine in person. Your green card application has nothing to do with the 131. You have a 130 as well? Does not show on your case breakdown. Your 485 will be adjudicated at the field office. They might interview you as they are interviewing everyone now (I think). Very rarly will they come to your home. Only if they suspect fraud. I was approved with no interview but things are changing with immigration under Trump. Your 765 is taking a long time so hopefully they will decide on that soon for you. Mine took over 200 days as well.

@Kingslay B I didn't need to file I-130 because I entered via K1 Visa. I think they will interview me for the work permit....but let's hope for their answer is good. they will contact me in next 30 days (according their email) Thank you for your answer.
