RFE for medical ? since it has been expired
Emma said case is in NBC. it went from local field office to NBC.
in how many days can I aspect to have my RFE?
current case status is CRP.

My case wasn’t move from NBC to a local field office and I received a RFE message 30 days after being current.

. you can try to send a ER saying that your process is out of the processing time. I sent one on May 6, May 13 they sent a RFE asking for the medicals. It was CRP before. my pd is March 2021.

my case also no update since September 2022. pd 2/21 at nbc no rfe, no interview yet.

i did service request, contacted to congressmen, nothing worked out. CRP cases at NBC is really taking aa loonnggg tiimmeeeeeee.
