How long does it take to get an update on GC
Hi Vawa fam!
My Vawa got approved almost two months ago. However I haven’t received anything regarding my green card . if anyone knows how long does they take to transfer your case from Nebraska to NBC? Should I contact someone or just wait patiently.

Can I do something to help with my case?
My Aunt applied for my dad under the F4 category, back in Nov 2008. The I-130 is not yet approved, neither is the case transferred to ELIS.
My sister would be one of the beneficiary, she is 16 and considering the fact that the current PD is March 2007, is it possible to do something so that she doesn't age out?#f4

Experience traveling back to USA
Hi guys. I just wanted to share my experience coming back to USA from Asia. I’m from Colombia and I went on vacation for two months to Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea and Japan. I just came back today through Atlanta Airport with no problems and no questions asked. They took me to a secondary inspection to check my AP and literally took 3 minutes. My Vawa was approved on September 2024, medical exams were sent on December and I’m just waiting to get my I-485 approved. I have no criminal record and no illegal entry.
