anyone that had an interview for eb1c?
hi everyone! my i140 was approved yesterday and they scheduled my interview for May. has anyone been through this process? honestly I am concerned, I thought that they would have approved it by now. thanks!

I-730 outside USA after interview with consulate
hey guys , my husband did his interview and the officer took his passport, he did his medical and everything , there is nothing outstanding. officer told him that he was going to place him under ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING
his ceac status says REFUSED and was wondering if that is normal? and how long we have to wait for his visa ?

Today, is my day! After almost 15 years of waiting (Sep 2010 PD), my 485 is approved. It's been a journey. I will say that https://www.casestatusext.com/ is a reliable source of determining worst case scenario for your specific block number. I used it to track mine, which at the worst case would've gotten to mine by mid-June, but here I am luckily not at the end of the queue :)
My biometrics and interview were all waived. My case was at Seattle FO since end of August. I received my EAD and AP in August before the 485 was transferred to the FO. I'm not a resident of WA. #APPROVED #i485
