we have the same problem I been waiting since march 17 2023 rfe received by uscis aug/6/2025 still no answer I already did two inquires

and still nothing

where are you from means witch country ?

@C C from what I read that’s the only thing that works.

@C C try sending an inquiry about case been outside normal processing times.

@C C My case was handled at the Queensfield office. I contacted a Congressman, and they were very helpful. The Congressman told me I would receive a decision within 60 days, and as promised, I received my decision within that time frame.

@s d Thank you for sharing your experience. Could you please let me know how exactly you contacted the Congressman? I also tried to reach out but didn’t get any helpful response. Which office did you contact, and did you use a specific form or email?

@C C I contacted Congressman Don Beyer’s office, and they guided me and had me submit a Privacy Release Form
