mine have been transferred to embassy, I got a message from embassy for documents reviewed

@Khan 804 @sb qureshi we originally filled i730 FTJ-a at USCIS oct 2022, in April 2025 we filed for a mandamus, may 15 the case was approved and sent to department of state. I submitted an inquiry after 2 weeks and then they responded a week later saying case is in transit to us embassy/consulate and it was sent June 2nd. I’m still waiting to hear from the embassy and the case still shows as in transit. Did you submit any inquiries or reached out to your representative congress? I also reached out the the congressman who submitted an inquiry on my behalf to the department of state

my case approved May 10, 2025 already at embassy

@Khan 804 no reply from nvc my case was approved in Feb 2025 nvc gave inquiry email reply that we cannot predict time when we sent ur case to embassy 🥲

and no case no and invoice no they gave us
