filing for ead renewal with pending aos(eb3-skilled)

Hi, everyone! Is there anybody who filed for i765, work authorization extension with a pending i485, eb3-skilled category? I am trying to file it by myself. I see I need to attach i94, previous ead, 2 photos. Is there anything else I'm missing to add? what documents did you attach to i765 while filing? Thank you all in advance!🙏

I attached all u mentioned and also printed my USCIS account message that said my i485 is pending. filed it online March 31 and it got approved Jun 18. card is on way to me now
