We recently got approved the I-130, which we know it’s the beginning of the process. (My wife American and I am Spanish)
I’m sure we will keep having questions as we go, but one key question we have is the income:
My wife and I we have been working in the us for the last 10 years, so our whole life’s has been here. she as the American has been always filling taxes and of course declaring that she is not working in the states.
on the I-864 form, we need to declare the income and support. but our question is how do we declare her, and also knowing that we will her parents as sponsors.
I think in general it would be great to hear how people did it, if anyone is or was in a similar situation.

I have received receipt number
but since no progress no approval
I know it takes time but sometimes I think a little deeply about this case .
I have one wish ,
it is to get that case on the top .
I know a lot of us have being waiting a long time I pray this year good news and fast news comes to our mail.

Hello so I filed my I-130 for my wife in August of 2024 and my case was transferred from Nebraska to the Phoenix field office and is in queue for a interview has anyone had any similar experiences it’s been 3 months since it has been transferred and no interview date yet, My wife has never been to the us and I have no criminal record and if anyone has ever had a consular I-130 interview in the states what was the experience like
